Ordering and Shipping
After your orders are approved, they will be delivered to the cargo company within 48 hours at the latest. Since our estimated delivery time is calculated on a working day, weekends and public holidays are not included in the specified period. Your orders that you have placed between these periods will be delivered to the cargo within the first business day following Dec. When your orders are shipped, you will receive the ‘your order has been shipped’ notification e-mail and information SMS. In addition, when you log in to our site as a member, you can query your order and cargo from the ‘order tracking’ field located in the upper right corner.
